Electric Castle

Electric Castle is a genuine festival experience which takes place every year and it’s located on the fascinating domain of the Banffy Castle in Cluj-Napoca. The festival concept was born with the idea to freshen up the classic festival idea which is known by all people, aiming to mix an eclectic line-up with arts, technology and a unique visual concept, all happening in a very unconventional location.

This year’s edition takes place between the 12th and the 16th of July for the 5th year in a row and it brings up a series of live performances and DJ sets from worldwide known artists such as Trentemøller, deadmau5, alt-J, Moderat, Nero, Maceo Plex, Duke Dumont, Sohn, House of Pain, Dixon, Dj Sneak and many, many others. The festival takes place on 10 stages with over 130.000 people being part of this creative concept and enjoying wonderful music, a large variety of food places, art installations, yoga classes, fashion pop-up stores and many other surprises.

Whoever will be attending this festival will be surrounded by 24h of non-stop music, day after day. Electric Castle is one of the few non-stop music festivals across Europe. The festival was created to be a complete festival experience, including street performers, stand-up comedy, trending artists and a set-up which is reinvented with every year that passes by.

The DjSuperStore team is supporting the organizers of Electric Castle since 2014 and we are glad to be part of this big project, to be working closely with their artists and performers and to make sure they have all of our resources and technical support during the festival.
